DAVAO CITY – The Environment Management Services (EMS) represented the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources, and Energy (MENRE) – BARMM during the Digital Service Design Lab (DSDL) Training of Trainers (ToT), Localizing e-Governance for Accelerated Provision of Services (LeAPS) on 24 July to 6 August 2022 at Microtel by Wyndham, Davao City.

The said program, spearheaded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG), aims to digitally transform the delivery of services and information by the local government units (LGUs) and Ministries in BARMM to their stakeholders.

The DSDL Training of Trainers (ToT) is a combination of field research and workshop that provides professional development and also guides LGUs and ministry participants in deeply analyzing service delivery process from the perspective of both service provider and service-recipient, which directly translates to tangible service delivery transformation in our government operations.

The Digital Service Design Lab Team Volt-In session is facilitated by KindMind and co-facilitated by the DSDL Season 1 and 2 Champions from 7 LGUs (Butig and Piagapo from Lanao del Sur; and Buluan, Datu Blah Sinsuat, Parang, Shariff Aguak and Sultan Kudarat from Maguindanao), 6 Ministries (MILG, OCM, MTIT, MENRE, MSSD and MFBM), and a CSO (The Moropreneur, Inc.) in the Bangsamoro Region.
